Payment
We offer several payment methods in our shop:
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
When selecting the "Credit card" payment method, you must enter your credit card details in the fields provided. This includes the full name of the cardholder, the credit card number, the expiry date and the three-digit security code (CVV) on the back of the card. Depending on the credit card provider, additional authentication may also be required, e.g. by entering a password or a code that is sent to your mobile phone by text message. Your credit card details are transmitted securely using SSL encryption. This encryption technology ensures that your data is protected during transmission.
PayPal, PayPal Express
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you need a valid PayPal account. You will be redirected to the PayPal website at the end of the order process. There you can log in with your PayPal access data and confirm the payment. PayPal uses SSL encryption and offers additional security through its buyer protection. If you select PayPal or PayPal Express, the invoice amount will be debited from your PayPal account immediately after the order process has been completed.
Google Pay
To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you need a Google account and the Google Pay app on a supported device. This allows you to select and use the payment methods stored with Google Pay. Once selected, you will be asked to confirm the payment by entering your Google Pay password or using biometric authentication (e.g. fingerprint or facial recognition). Google Pay sends your payment information and delivery address to us securely and in encrypted form. The invoice amount will be debited from your payment method stored with Google Pay immediately after the order process has been completed.
Apple Pay
To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc, One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you need an Apple ID and a supported Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac). If you select Apple Pay as your payment method, you can use your payment methods saved with Apple Pay. Once selected, you will be asked to confirm the payment by entering your Apple ID password or using biometric authentication (e.g. Face ID or Touch ID). The invoice amount will be debited from your payment methods stored with Apple Pay immediately after completing the order process.
EPS
If you select the eps bank transfer payment option, you will be redirected to a central list of participating Austrian banks. After selecting your bank, you will be connected to your online banking login. Once you have logged in, you can make the payment as usual via online banking by signing a TAN - no further entries such as IBAN, amount or merchant are required. You will then receive an electronic order confirmation.
Klarna
In co-operation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna") we offer you the following payment options:
Klarna Pay Later:
No separate account is required to use Klarna Invoice, but the order will only be authorised after a credit check by Klarna. If the check is positive, your order will be authorised and the invoice amount will be due for payment. If you select Klarna invoice as the payment method, you will receive the goods together with an invoice from Klarna. This invoice must be paid to Klarna within 14 days of the invoice date (if you choose the Klarna invoice payment method, payment to Verival Bio GmbH does not have a debt-discharging effect). All necessary payment information is stated on the invoice from Klarna.
Klarna Pay Now:
We offer the payment option Klarna Pay Now. Klarna Sofort is a direct transfer method that allows you to pay for your order immediately. You do not need a separate account with Klarna to use Klarna Sofort, but access to your online banking account is required. If you select Klarna Sofort as your payment method, you will be redirected to the Klarna Sofort website. There you log in with your online banking details and confirm the payment using a TAN (transaction number). The amount will be debited directly from your bank account. Klarna Sofort uses secure SSL encryption and the proven PIN/TAN procedure to protect your payment data. The invoice amount is debited from your bank account immediately after the order process has been completed.
Payment in advance
We offer prepayment as a payment option. When paying in advance, you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in advance. If you select prepayment as your payment method, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details after completing your order. Please transfer the entire invoice amount to our account, stating the order number. Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as the full invoice amount has been credited to our account. The processing time may vary depending on the bank and country. When paying in advance, no payment information is passed on to third parties. You transfer the amount directly from your bank account to our bank account. All bank charges and transfer costs associated with the payment shall be borne by the buyer. If the invoice amount is not transferred within 14 days of the order date, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
